綠色商戶
Green Stall Scheme

為鼓勵商戶們響應環保，實踐沿頭減廢，我們引入「綠色商戶」計劃，本會將在活動Facebook專頁為參與商戶宣傳，以及在他們的攤檔貼上「綠色商戶」的標誌，供市民識別。
To actualize “waste reduction from the source”, we introduce   “Green Stall scheme”. Under this scheme, stall holders who have committed to the scheme will be promoted on Facebook and  “Green Stall” signage will be displayed for recognition.

商戶只要在營商時實踐以下最少一項措施，即可成為「綠色商戶」：
In order to become a Green Stalls, stall owners need to at least fulfill one of the followings:

• 減少製造垃圾及實行分類回收（例如:紙皮回收）
  Reduce and recycle waste (e.g. recycle cardboard)
• 選擇租借帳篷及重用枱櫈及和傢俱
  Rent a marquee and reuse furniture
  
• 不主動提供購物袋／膠袋
  Do not provide shopping bag or plastic bag to customers
  
• 鼓勵遊人使用我們提供的環保餐具
  Encourage visitors to use the reusable tableware provided
  
• 年宵完結後，願意將未能出售的貨品/各類可再用的物資運送到資源共享區
  Deliver the unsold goods/recycle materials to the recycling zone after the Lunar New Year Fair
  
• 年宵完結後，協助廢物回收及清空自己的攤位
  Assist in the recycling process and clean own stall after the Lunar New Year Fair

購物袋回收及派發計劃

Collect and reuse shopping bags

本會在年宵前收集購物袋整理後，將在年宵時派發，鼓勵市民積福重用，減少塑料袋浪費。
In order to promote the message of “Reuse”, we will collect shopping bags prior Lunar New Year Fair and will distribute them to the public during the Fair.

 

餐具借用
Tableware rental service

本會將於年宵期間提供餐具借用服務，以減少使用即棄餐具。
We will provide onsite tableware rental service, so as to cut down on the plastic disposable utensils.

 

廢物／廚餘／未能賣去的植物和貨物回收
Collecting and recycling of waste/food waste/unsold plant and other unsold items

今年我們更出動「綠色年宵大使」，他們將於年宵現場協助回收工作，以及向公眾示範回收。
Green Ambassadors will promote recycling of waste and food waste and show how to carry out clean recycling.
