➡About the Speakers⬅

🌍Mr Paul Niel🌍
Paul Niel is a Hong Kong-based adventurer, explorer and speaker. He has organized and participated in more than 15 expeditions across all continents. He has successfully scaled Mount Everest and Lhotse, the world’s highest and fourth highest peak within 24 hours. Following his passion for mountaineering, he has successfully climbed the highest mountain on every continent (“7 Summits”) and lead exploratory trips and first ascents in Antarctica and China, which were also captured in the award-winning documentary “Tibetan Dreams”. Together with his wife, he completed the first continuous “circum-climb” of Hong Kong Island along its coastline to map water quality pollution. Paul is a sought-after keynote speaker and frequent contributor to Action Asia Magazine and the South China Morning Post.

🌍Ms Esther Roling🌍
Esther is a Hong Kong-based entrepreneur and adventurer. She started her career of exploration very young. As a teenager she hitchhiked by herself through SubSaharan Africa and has since travelled to more then 70 countries – from diving the shipwrecks of Micronesia to climbing the highest volcano in Asia. She loves to be out in nature running, climbing, skiing or kite surfing and has competed in Ultra Marathon races, made a ski ascent of Mont Blanc and most recently climbed the entire coastline of Hong Kong Island. Passionate about social and environmental causes, as she works with Hong Kong charity The Hub and raises awareness for ocean and coastal pollution. When she is not on the road she is an amazing chef and loves to take her 2.5 year old daughter on most adventures.
